SFF Watercooled PC

My roommate needed a computer that he could travel with, but wanted the performance of water cooling. Occupying only 14.5L of volume, this 3D printed case is smaller than any case on the market that can support a dual-140mm radiator. other cases at this size either restricted on radiator space or had a loud power supply. Squeezing the water cooling components was difficult, but careful part selection and a lot of dimension double-checking resulted in a successful build. The initial pump bracket broke because the thinnest section was printed along the XY plane. This is the weakest plane in a 3D print, and a simple reorientation made a much stronger part.
